Dua Lipa is building a mansion in Sarande, Albania, where her family has roots.

Dua Lipa, born in Britain to Albanian immigrant parents Anesa and Dukagjin Lipa; she was granted with Albanian citizenship in November by President Bajram Begaj. The singer lived in Kosovo with her family between the ages of 11 and 15, telling NPR: "I wouldn't trade it for the world because it really helped me become who I am".

It was in 2016 when the interpreter of "Levitating" and her father created the Sunny Hill Foundation to raise funds with annual concerts in Albania to help low-income people, as it's known that she is very committed to her roots and is not ashamed at all to talk about her origins.

In this way, Dua Lipa is building a mansion in Sarande, Albania, where her family has roots, a source told the Page Six news portal. The new house in the seaside town, located opposite the Greek island of Corfu has a very beautiful view of the sea.

The exact figure of the amount of money that the singer could have disbursed to cover the expenses of building her mansion from scratch has not been given, even so, based on the prices of villas with sea views in Albania, it's estimated that the price of her new home could exceed 1.7 million euros.
