We can definitely smell what The Rock is cooking, and it’s rich. Dwayne Johnson just shelled out $27.8 million for a jaw-dropping Beverly Park estate, formerly owned by comedian Paul Reiser.
A prospective presidential candidate, Dwayne Johnson, 48, closed on the six-bedroom, 12-bathroom abode on April 6 quietly, in an off-market deal. The ultra-private estate is made up of several gates for easy access in and out of the property.
Considered the largest property in the upscale Beverly Park neighborhood, and home to the likes of Denzel Washington, Eddie Murphy, Sofía Vergara, Sylvester Stallone and Rod Stewart, the structure sits on a flat 3.67 acres.
Spanning a massive 17,630 square feet, it comes with every amenity imaginable, including a tennis court, a sun-drenched pool and spa, an indoor pool, a large gym, a baseball diamond, a music room with a recording studio, a movie theater and an elevator.
