Haylie Duff, who welcomed daughter Ryan in 2015 and Lulu in 2018 with fiancé Matt Rosenberg, says that she, sister Hilary Duff and their mom, Susan, don’t swap parenting advice because each of them knows what’s best for their own family.
“My sister and my mom don’t really give a lot of advice, which is something that’s really worked well for us in our family because … You want to sort of do things your way,” Haylie Duff, 36, told in an interview with Page Six while promoting her partnership with Mrs. T’s All-Star Moms campaign which honors the different ways that mothers support their families.
“I think that’s kind of been our M.O. a little bit is to just support each other’s decisions,” she added. “But that being said, my mom also has told me many times, like, how fast things go by and phases, and she’s like, ‘You know, at some point that will be the last time you do this with them or you do that with them and you’ll miss it.'”
Haylie Duff added that she and sister Hilary Duff, 33, show appreciation for their mother by trying to “spoil her.” (The “Lizzie McGuire” alum is mom to son Luca, 9, and daughters Banks, 2, and Mae, 1 month.)
