Abel Tesfaye, known as The Weeknd, is going through one of the most incredible moments of his career as all the issues that come to light end up becoming a success. This is how his bank account quickly grew and because of that, he began to look for places to invest it. The best option was to acquire a house, but no one imagined that he would get a real mansion.
It is located in the exclusive neighborhood of Bel Air, in Los Angeles, and to buy it he invested more than $ 70 million dollars. From what transpired, the previous owners were the Dutch producer Reinout Oerlemans and his wife, Danielle; and although they had no intention of selling it; the offer was too tempting to waste.
The magnate had acquired it in 2015 for 18.2 million euros, but then decided to revalue it, therefore, for three years, he made a successive number of arrangements to position it at 40 million. For his part, before acquiring this luxurious house, the singer sold his old house in Hidden Hills to Madonna.
Regarding the characteristics of this mansion we must mention that it has 33,000 square meters, nine rooms, high-end appliances, lobby, cinema room, living room and a music studio. It also has an office, gym and an indoor pool. Outside, it has extensive green areas, a waterfall, sports fields and many other amenities.
