One would think that after going through two trials and all the media scandal Johnny Depp would stay miles away from trouble. The problem with Amber Heard was won by him in the end and it could be really nice to enjoy some peace.
Nevertheless, the ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ star is being accused of something really serious. Apart from being an actor, Depp has devoted a big part of his life to music and he recently released a song but there is a little trouble: it reportedly was plagiarized.
More news about Depp:
The original song would be from a man, who in jail, wrote the lyrics that you can hear now in Johnny’s song:
“I’m raggedy, I know, but I have no stink,” “God bless the lady that’ll buy me a drink,” and “What that funky motherfucker really needs, child, is a bath.”
Who noticed this?
Bruce Jackson, in his work as a writer, documented when the song first came out:
“I’ve been publishing stuff for 50 years, and this is the first time anybody has just ripped something off and put his own name on it.”
