The most popular of the Kardashians is known to be extreme with what she does with her body. She has done and undone surgeries, lost and gain weight to reach what she wants and now she has reached a marvelous accomplishment: she has the body of an athlete.

But how is this possible? Kim recently did a full body scan and she shared the results on Instagram. There were a lot of interesting facts about her health: she has got “stronger” bones than the 93-97% of people and she has reached an 18 percent on body fat.

Kim is a complete fan of following trends and doing new things to reach the “perfect” body. After loosing 16 pounds in 3 weeks to wear a dress, she has changed her lifestyle:

“I’m not trying to lose any more weight, but I have more energy than ever. I cut out so much sugar, a lot of junk food I was eating … I just completely changed my lifestyle.”
