If the whole trial and legal scandal with Amber Heard was not enough, Johnny Depp is again in trouble with the law. The ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ star now is being accused of something very serious and it could tarnish his recovering reputation: plagiarism.

Depp not only is a talented actor but he is also a talented musician. He has given multiple concerts and now he is being accused precisely of “stealing” a song. Bruce Jackson reported this, as he had documented that an incarcerated man was the one who wrote the lyrics that Johnny’s new song has.

"The only two lines I could find in the whole piece that contributed are 'big time motherf---er' and 'bust it down to my level’. Everything else is from Slim's performance in my book. I've never encountered anything like this. I've been publishing stuff for 50 years, and this is the first time anybody has just ripped something off and put his own name on it,” Jackson stated.

How did Johnny respond?

According to a source that spoke to Rolling Stone, Depp and Jeff Beck (co-creator) are: “reviewing the enquiry relating to the song 'Sad Motherf---in' Parade.' If appropriate, additional copyright credits will be added to all forms of the album."
