A $40 million lawsuit has been made public against Kim and Scott, for promoting luxurious prizes on Instagram, which according to the portal TMZ are part of a scam in a fake sweepstakes generated by an Australian company.

The prizes were like first class plane tickets to Los Angeles, three-night stays at the Beverly Hills, but none of those prizes were real and the participants have sued for an amount they consider covers what they lost.

The scammed participants claim that Kim and Scott used their information to sell it to companies and advertisers, causing them to be invaded by ads 24 hours a day and in some cases generating fear in the victims.

Media say that Scott was the real promoter of these sweepstakes and invited several participants of the family, being Kim the biggest exponent in the games and promotions.

Kim Kardashian could be one more victim of the situation

Although it is true that Kim participated in the promotions, she could also be a victim of believing in Scott and having worked with him and the aforementioned company, she has not said anything, but we hope to inform about the situation.
