Pink and her husband, Carey Hart, have purchased a 4,320 square feet oceanfront mansion in Malibu. The website Dirt informed that the longtime couple had sold their previous property in the area and decided to buy a new house for their family holidays. The villa, which used to be owned by singer-songwriter Barry Manilow, is an almost 7 thousand acres lot surrounded by a "lock courtyard gate". In its front stands out a "stainless steel garage door and trendy wood apliqué", describes the website in the announcement.
Two car-garages, 4.5 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms in the main house and 2 in the guest house, a jacuzzi, a guests house and are some of the amenities of the minimalistic-styled Malibu property.
The 41-years-old music star, whose birth name is Alecia Beth Moore, and her family have always kept among their patrimony a Malibu vacation house despite living in Santa Ynez Valley (California), according to Dirt. Pink would have bought the estate after winning a bidding war.
The house's value increased considerably since the previous sale, explains the website. Barry Manilow sold it to former owner Natalia Mogilny (Russian ice hockey player Alexander Mogilny's ex-wife) for $5.5 million in 2012 but then, an L.A. dentist bought the house for about $8.7 million and renovated it in October 2020.
