Kendall Jenner’s old house definitely, definitely has a gate, a new listing emphasizes. In 2017, the model sold her LA home after just a year due to stalking and burglary at the then-gate-less house, according to TMZ.
The 4,800-square-foot home, now asking $8.5 million, has been home to “The Office” star John Krasinski, “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star Kendall Jenner and, most recently, marketing mogul Bill Guthy, who listed the six-bedroom, five-bathroom home.
While Kendall Jenner was living there, a 25-year-old man was arrested and accused of following the model up her driveway. She also had $200,000 worth of jewelry stolen, Page Six previously reported. She was the highest-paid model in the world at that time.
The primary bedroom suite has floor-to-ceiling windows, a seating area, outdoor terrace access and a bathroom with a stand-alone tub and two rain showers. The Sunset Strip home also has a home theater, a recording studio and a gym, according to Realtor.com.
