Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan have finally listed their Beverly Hills marital home for $6 million, setting themselves up to face a monetary loss. The former couple initially purchased the home back in 2015 for the same price they are now asking.

Taking into consideration six years of carrying costs, realtor commissions and renovation fees, that means they will not see a profit. Although it’s been long vacant since the two announced their separation in 2018 — and finalized their divorce a year later — the home is only now hitting the market.

Why, you ask? It seems that it was simply a paperwork problem. Solving that, it is ready to be purchased. The 41 year-old actor has since moved on from his on-again, off-again relationship with Jessie J, while Dewan is expecting her second child with actor and fiancé Steve Kazee.

Made up of six bedrooms and six bathrooms, the property is situated behind driveway gates within the exclusive gated community that includes other famous neighbors like Jessica Alba, Demi Moore, Lisa Vanderpump, and Jon Voight.
